At Omni, we want you to love every piece you wear, so we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find an exchange or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
